Dwight Saunders

Dwight developed an early interest in art, crafts and textiles. Though mostly self-taught,

he did attend art classes at university and studied with several Canadian artists. Dwight’s work has been featured in many national magazines and newspapers. Dwight owned and operated an art & design studio in Ontario before recently moving back to Newfoundland. Dwight now teaches art and sculpture workshops internationally. Dwight enjoys working in mixed media, glass, textiles, acrylic, and metals. Color & texture are most important to him as a designer, painter, sculptor, Jeweller
